Dr. Lateef is a graduate with experience in various fields of engineering. experience in Research development, an effective communicator, affectionate interpersonal relationship with all people, love of Nature, Culture, History, Sport, etc. My Interest in Progressive Community development is an important force to ensuring the success of the goals of MONSAD.
